Sound bath by Soulsounds

Treat yourself to a moment of complete relaxation during a special Sound Bath in the Wellness Garden of Van der Valk Hotel Breda. During this soothing one-hour session, you will be taken on a sound journey featuring singing bowls, an ocean drum, and other harmonious instruments. 

The gentle vibrations and calming sounds help you step away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and unwind completely. A Sound Bath is all about relaxing, recharging, and consciously enjoying a moment for yourself. You don't have to do anything; just lie comfortably and experience the sounds. 

Many participants experience a deep sense of peace and relaxation afterward. This session is also a wonderful experience to share, for example with your partner, a friend, or a family member.

Time: 2:00 PM – 3:00 PM 
Location: Wellness Garden of Van der Valk Hotel Breda * 

*In case of bad weather, the event will take place indoors in the wellness area. 

We recommend wearing comfortable clothing. If you wish to use the wellness facilities, we ask that you bring the following yourself: 
* Swimwear (mandatory) 
* Flip-flops 
* A large towel, if desired. Towels are available at the hotel, but they are smaller in size.
