The lift in our side wing is currently out of service. Unfortunately, it is not yet known when it will be operational again. In our side wing are the Standard rooms, Superior rooms, Executive rooms and Suites. These rooms are currently only accessible via the stairs. We apologize for the inconvenience. Our team is of course ready to assist you where necessary.

Check-in

We request you and/or your guest(s) to present a valid ID at check-in. All hotel guests must be 18 years or older at check-in. Children under 18 must stay under parental supervision.

Guarantee

We hold the reservation guaranteed until 6:00 PM on the day of arrival. If you arrive later than 6:00 PM, we request you to contact the hotel reception.

Food & Drink

Restaurant Princeville is open 7 days a week for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. In between, you are welcome at our Wohrmann's Bar, for a good cup of coffee, snack, or drink. More information about opening hours, menus and making a reservation can be found here.

Parking

As a hotel guest, you can park for free at the hotel. Charging points for your electric car are also available.
